Participants of the REC TCC meeting held on April 15 and 16, 2013 in Johannesburg (SA) discuss transport challenges in regional integration, institutional roles and barriers to trade. The meeting was co-hosted by FESARTA (Federation of East and Southern Africa Road Transport Associations) and the Africa Transport Policy Program (SSATP).
