Validation Workshops
In November 2013, SSATP is organizing four TSDMS Dissemination and Validation Workshops in the countries that have officially requested this support from SSATP.
The specific purpose of these workshops is to disseminate and validate the content of the SSATP's TSDMS Policy Note and Guidelines, and to allow discussion on how to apply the guidelines including proposals for respective country action plans.
These workshops intend to capture the attention of policy decision makers and government officials from the transport sector and from other relevant Ministries; also from staff of the National Statistical Offices, transport sector agencies authorities and technical staff from roads, railways, waterways & ports, and air transport agencies; as well as academics, researchers, industry association representatives, transport service providers, and transport users in general.
