This third volume on overload control presents the case studies carried out in Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Botswana. They all offer a different but complementary approach to tackle the problem of overload, ranging from cooperation in designing overload control system to private operation of weighbridges or decriminalization of overload control program.
