This presentation entitled 'Law & Financing for Sustainable Transport' was made by Martin Small at SSATP's Annual General Meeting in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.  The presentation posits that law is not neutral and that if we want to change the road traffic system to ensure sustinable transportation, we must inevitably change legislation and rely on sustainable funding sources.
