This presentation entitled 'Status of Rural Access in Africa' was made by Joseph Haule from the Research for Community Access Partnership (ReCAP) on November 25, 2019 at SSATP's Annual General Meeting in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It makes the case for improving universal rural access in Africa, where populations are caught in the poverty trap, and presents SUM4All's Global Roadmap of Action for improving rural access.
