This presentation provides an overview of the Tripartite Transport and Transit Facilitation Programme (TTTFP), including its policy goal, strategy, methodology, enabling laws and regulations, operating standards and related systems. It also presents a history of completed TTTFP activities and what remains to be done to operationalize the regional road transport market East and Southern Africa.
