Changes in the Board of SSATP and the Management Team in 2011 provide the opportunity to initiate a new phase in the Second Development Plan of SSATP in tune with the developments in the transport sector in Africa. The 2011 Annual Report sets the ground and provides strategic orientations for a more responsive and a better adapted Program and the preparation of a Third Development Plan.
