This report provides an extensive analysis of SSATP’s Third Development Plan (DP3, spanning 2016-2021) and its many achievements covering the Program's main focus areas: regional integration, urban transport and mobility and road safety. It serves not only as a reporting tool for SSATP donors and stakeholders, but also as a comprehensive summary of the wealth of knowledge produced under the DP3 and the groundwork laid for African countries to build safe, integrated, and sustainable transport systems. The report also includes testimonies from Program stakeholders, the outcomes of its activities and partnerships, and key lessons learned.
